 The same 55 minute Pilates lesson is never given twice! Your workouts at Love Pilates Center are customized for your body on the day of your lesson.

At Love Pilates Center, your lesson may include use of the Universal Reformer, Trapeze Tower, Pedi-Pole, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and/or Mat depending on your goals and abilities.
